Grundon has lodged an appeal with Scottish Ministers through the Directorate of Planning and Envrionemtnal Appeals (DPEA) against Perth & Kinross Council's refusal of planning consent for a 90ktpa energy-from-waste at Shore Road, Perth. Previous representations will be sent to the Scottish Ministers for consideration, but further representations can be made within 14 days (deadline 30 March).
