Perth & Kinross Council publishes new Waste Plan

Perth and Kinross Council has published its Waste Plan for 2010-2015. It is available to download here - http://www.pkc.gov.uk/NR/rdonlyres/CFD87202-3236-40C4-A618-F79113A0A316/0/WasteManagmentPlan.pdf.
