1 Breach of mission limit values in Quarter 1 2010.
Breach of daily average limit for emissions of to air NOX starting at 07:00 hours on 25 January
2010 (emissions less than twice the specihed limit value). Aborted stan? up resulting in 1 hour of
operation in 24 hour period.
Compliance with other emission limit values (that are based on a percentage compliance
requirement over a calendar year) cannot be established until January 2011. The emission limits
require either 100% compliance with a single 30 minute average value or a percentage
compliance requirement over a year long time period.
