The long-awaited planning meeting to decide whether or not the Carnbroe incinerator should get the go-ahead will take place at the Motherwell Civic Centre on Thursday 25 February 2010. Council planning officers have produced a report recommending that the Council accepts the proposal (download as Word Doc or PDF file).
