28 Feb 2011 - GAINS submits response to proposed Zero Waste (Scotland) Regulations 2011

GAINS has submitted its response to the Scottish Government's proposed Zero Waste (Scotland) Regulations, which are intended to implement the new Zero Waste Plan adopted in June 2010.

In our view the Zero Waste Plan is a fraudulent document, opening the way to unlimited waste incineration, while doing nothing to promote recycling.
